Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. Substantial Completion was achieved on July 29, 2011. The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (McCullar & Boatright Architects, Inc.), has reached Substantial Completion in accordance with the project documents.
